(Absolutely a newcomer. Just somebody who happens to embrace life's mishaps a little too closely, love any result that may be given to him, and much more if they're surprising to the information broker that he is. He just knows too much, poked around too much, and as soon as something ceases to amaze him, he promptly forgets it to the next best thing.
Too many things are piquing his interest since his arrival, which is good, he needs to be mentally stimulated. It's really not great for everyone when he's too bored.
The odor is the first thing to assault his senses, and it had not been what he expected from it. It forces him to scrunch his nose in distaste before he steps further into the car. Beds, posters, perhaps of a carnival? He finds nothing particularly intriguing about the place to grant it such neglect and avoidance from those who see it every day.
He's already out by the time the man arrives, clearly disappointed by his findings.)
Nothing interesting in there, but if you still want to have a look, be my guest.
