She considers her words. "Tribe" and "spirit" suggested a culture others might consider primitive, or at the very least that she's unacquainted with technology advanced enough to create AI.
Not that that means much, but it does make it more understandable that she'd believe in these superstitions.)

As for power... I suppose if you count containing the sum of all Human knowledge within my databases; knowing all Human, Covenant, and Forerunner languages; and having the most advanced infiltration software of any Smart AI, then yes, you could say I have power.
(True, she could point out that, much like with Katrina's powers, it was entirely likely that this magic was simply misunderstood, or attempt to explain what an AI is, but there's a much more pressing matter: talking about her intelligence.)
