The Golden Guard isn't the first person Orpheus has met who prefers to go by title or epithet rather than name, but its still sort of unusual, and he gives him a curious look before moving on.
"I don't know if this is the kind of thing you win?" says Orpheus, proceeding to cling to the distraction this conversation provides like a lifeline. "Or if there are right answers at all? This kind of question is kind of, um. Subjective?"
He guesses there are people out there who would assert that their answer was the 'right' one - he's had teachers like that - but when his mother and his better teachers had asked him things like this the point had always been to make him think about his own answer and why he felt that way.
Right now he does not especially want to think about these answers or why he feels that way.
"Have you ever seen something like this before, though?" he asks, in order to change the subject and also because he is legitimately curious, gesturing at the laptop as well. The 'whatever this is' suggests otherwise, but it seems worth asking.
