I think the leader cares, at least. She's a murderer, certainly, and she's far more willing to get her hands dirty than any of the new arrivals, but she believes she's doing what's necessary. [She smiles, looking at Caitlyn conspiratorially.] And yet she's almost always busy elsewhere. She's come back to Gloucester only twice in the last year, leaving others to take charge of the day to day leadership. Funny how that works.
