It's frustratingly cramped, even with one of her roommates barely there; her bedroom's the size of a bathroom and her bathroom's the size of a closet, and the living room and kitchen combined could fit into her bedroom back home. There'd be no evading her roommates' curiosity if she brought Vi there. And more crucially, the whole place is crawling with security.

In truth, she's not sure where to take Vi. It's not quite past curfew yet, but if Vi's not with ADI, they can't go to the apartment. And she's assuming, based on Vi's lack of trust and general preference for unilateral action, that she's not with ADI.]
