Canon: Siren Age: early 20s Housing: A-4 with Bruno and Neal Entity Affiliation(s): The Extinction Permissions: HERE Information: Former mermaid alpha who would prefer if her kind could remain undisturbed in the ocean forever, thank you, EXCEPT plot happened and now she is entertaining the idea that some humans may be worthy allies. She works in security for ADI, thinks most of the rest of the PCs are weak physicallt but strong mentally, and is always ready to fight. Her English has improved a little since she got here. (She started learning back home, so now it's about gaining fluency.) ADI Thoughts: They're housing her and keeping her safe, so for now she thinks ADI are an ally. She's especially interested in saving her world, being that she's already worried about the possibility of her species going extinct. She won't switch sides unless ADI does something that she sees as a huge betrayal, like... idk, imprisoning her and running experiments on her like she's not a whole person, u feel? CR Wanted: If there are fellow warrior types out there, she would love to hang out and train together and fight things with them! People to help her learn human ways (both lighthearted and heavier) and form close bonds with. She's already lowkey keeping an eye out for her fellow interdimensional transplants, especially her physically weaker than her roommates. It comes from a place of responsibility for her. Just alpha things! Someone could beat her at something. I'm open to a lot! CR Not Wanted: Not really interested in surrogate parent type CR in any direction. Extra: Really I would love for her to take a different direction than she did in canon. I'd like her to learn not just to tolerate non-sirens, but to respect them and maybe even care for/about some of them. Also to explore how she adapts. I'm big soft, let's go. But also, I'm down to try just about anything, so hmu if you have ideas or wants! siren is one of those shows I keep meaning to watch bc it sounds really cool and hopefully I'll get there someday

i can offer someone to help teach Katrina about Human Things with the advtange of not actually being human himself, so he can also commiserate about how weird they are sometimes

God yes. She likes nonhumans better, she will be happy to talk about weird human customs. Shaking hands?? Small talk??? W h y.

I recommend the show, obvs. :> It's on hulu and... i think paramount+? The mermaids are all a delight

I'm already digging them with their current thread, but once things have thawed out a bit, maaaybe they can be warrior friends? Train some. Talk some. (Teach him about you Katrina, he likes learning)

Oh yes please definitely! She'll get to learn about ways humans can be neat and badass. The question of "how did these fools become apex predators, look at them" will start to find an answer!

Hey my boy is also in security! They should... work together sometime? Or practice? He's very often in the training gyms helping other people or practicing whaling on dummies and the like. He is trying not to feed his entity, so his supersoldier serum is not very active, but he's very well trained.

He is not so good for learning human ways, though. He does not human very well.
