I'm definitely down for stalking poor Bruno! Garner could easily start trailing him in the name of observation as he tries to figure out the tie between entities and people feeding them knowingly or unknowingly. He doesn't know Bruno has a power, but that won't matter as much as him being someone he knows so he's starting there etc.
